Estimates below are shown in NZD. Credit packs are always charged in NZD. Standard landlines and mobiles only; some ranges are excluded.

The price depends on how long the call takes and the work needed to handle your request. Every plan shows an estimate and a maximum you choose; you are never charged above the maximum, and unused credit returns after the call.

These are worked examples for straightforward calls, including the AI work and your summary. They are a guide, not fixed prices or averages. Longer holds and extra follow-up questions can cost more. You always choose the most we can charge.

Ring for Me is available to adults living in New Zealand or Australia. You confirm where you usually live when you create your account. Other countries are coming soon. Travelling does not change your usual residence.

Coverage is for the number you are calling, not a promise of local caller ID or local data storage. We check each number before a call can start. Premium, special-service and some higher-cost ranges are excluded, even in a listed country.

Use the full international country code outside New Zealand. Include the business’s local date and timezone, and name the currency for any budget or price question. Credit packs are charged in NZD and calls use credits; a business may quote its own prices in another currency.

Sign up and verify your email to receive 200 free trial credits, with no card required. Open the Credit page to buy a one-time pack through Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic recharge. The checkout shows your total, including applicable tax, before you pay.

Prices include applicable tax. Your billing details determine tax treatment. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. A credit is a unit of our service, not a currency balance or a right to exchange money.

Review the estimate before you call and choose a maximum you’re comfortable with. We hold that amount while the call runs, charge for what was used and return the unused credit. Your cap is a limit, not a flat fee.

Each call has its own cap, including when you call several businesses. Call limits and balances are shown in NZD at current pack prices, alongside credits. A plan you’ve already prepared keeps its quoted credit rates.
